Do children require a ticket?
Children two and older are required to have a ticket; infants in a passenger’s lap do not.  However, for the saftey of the infant, we recommend a child's car seat attached to the coach seat with a seat belt.  Tickets are required with a child's car seat because a coach seat is taken.
 

May I smoke while in the shuttle?
For the comfort of all our passengers, the use of tobacco products is prohibited on our shuttles.
 

May I walk up and buy a ticket?
Walk up tickets may be purchased in Valdosta.  However, we recommend reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance.  This service is not currently available at JAX.  All reservations must be pre-arranged from JAX due to regulations of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority. 

Are pets permitted on the shuttle?
The only pets that will be permitted on the shuttle are service animals in halter. 

Will we transport unaccompanied children?
Yes, but we must know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. 

May I use a cell phone on the coach?
Cell phone use is permitted as long as other passengers are not disturbed by the use of the phone.  We ask all passengers to be considerate of the other passengers on the coach. 

How can Pearl Executive Shuttle save me money?
Savings are realized by having no "parking" fees, fuel and and other vehicle expenses, and most flights from JAX are more economical.
